Withdrawal instructions for consumers

These instructions apply to consumers: natural persons contracting for purposes predominantly outside their trade or independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from contract conclusion.

of your decision by an unequivocal statement, e.g. a letter sent by post or email. You may use the attached model form, but it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right online at {{ providerWiderrufUrlText }} . If you use this function, we promptly send acknowledgement on a durable medium, e.g. email, with the declaration's content and receipt date/time.

Sending your withdrawal notice before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs except extra costs for choosing delivery other than our cheapest standard option, without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your notice.

Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees are charged for the refund.

If you requested services during the withdrawal period, you owe a reasonable amount proportionate to services delivered up to notifying us of withdrawal, compared with the contract's full service scope.

Additional note on early service start

For paid services the right expires on full performance if, before starting, you expressly consented to early performance and acknowledged that full performance by us ends your withdrawal right.

A multi-part course or package of sessions is generally fully performed only after all contracted sessions have taken place.

Note for business customers

The statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply to contracts with businesses acting in their trade or independent professional activity.

This includes employer/company contracts for workplace live online German and related organisation.

If a company is the contracting party, there is no statutory consumer withdrawal right even if individual employees use the service.

Agreed contractual rescission, termination or cancellation rights remain unaffected.
